  4. Now crumble the dough with ur hands and heat a pan with 1/2 cup of ghee.add crumbled mixture and roast till it turns little brown in colour….While stirring continuously..(on medium flame 7 -8 min).
  5. Add mawa and combine well and roast it for another 4-5 min.
  6. Add dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar syrup and stir continuously till it gets thick in consistency..Or starts leaving from pan.
  7. Grease a plate with little ghee and pour this mixture into it and spread it evenly using a flat spatula.
  8. Sprinkle some pistachios, almonds and poppy seeds over it…And pat it lightly.
  9. Keep aside or let it cool completely for 1-2 hours.
  10. Cut into equal sized pieces of ur choice.
