- You need 1 tomato & capsicum cube chopped (without seeds)

- In any tawa roast tomato and capsicum with half spoon butter. Then roast paneer and mushrooms.
- Mix all ingredients step wise:- In bowl add curd, besan, red chilli, haldi, salt, zeera powder, garam masala, ginger paste, mustard oil, butter mix well add 2spn of water if required then add roasted tomatoes & Capsicum. Then add paneer and mushrooms.
- Mix well then keep in freezer for 1hour. Then put in wooden stick 1st put capsicum then paneer then Mushroom then tomato repeat same step till stick fills.
