- Take 1 tbsp sesame oil for mushroom
Steps to make Mushroom Masala(no cream added):
- How To Marinate The Mushroom-
- First, cut the mushroom in the desired shape.
- Mix the Curd, Cumin powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, salt`. - Put the mixture on top of the mushroom and keep it for half an hour.
- How To Make The Gravy:
- Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan. - When oil becomes hot add cumin seeds when it's colour turn golden brown add ginger, garlic, green chilli and onion in it and saute it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes. - Add 1/4 cup water and cover the pan. - Now add salt, Kashmiri mirch powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander Powder and red chilli powder and 1/4 cup water and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then turn off the gas. - When the gravy masala cools down, grind them into the grinder.
- Put oil in the same pan. Now put the marinated mushroom in it and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes
- Add gravy paste in it and saute for 2 minutes now add 200 ml water and saute for 7-8 minutes - Now add chopped coriander.
- And switch off the gas. - You can serve it with hot chapati/ naan /paratha whichever you want to eat.
