- Use 200 gms Mushroom
- You need 3 tsp Ghee
- You need 1 Tomato
- Take 2 medium sized onion
- Take 1 small Capsicum
- Provide 6 tsp Curd
- You need 1 tsp Corn flour
- Provide 10 now Almond and Cashew nuts
- Take For Spices:
- Use 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- Get 2 tsp Garam masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- Take 1 tsp Chat masala
- Provide 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Jeera
- You need 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 tsp Jaggery powder
- You need to taste Salt
- You need As required Kasuri Methi
Instructions to make Masala Mushroom:
- Wash 200 gm button Mushroom and merinate with 2tsp curd, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp Tandoori Masala, 1 tsp Chat masala, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder and salt to taste. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.
- For Gravy - In a hot pan add 1 tsp ghee. Now add Roughly cut 1 medium onion and 1 tomato. Add almond and Cashew nut. Add spices - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala 1 tsp, Kashmiri mirch powder 1/2 tsp, Salt to taste. Cook till the onion and tomatos are nicely done. Then add 4 tsp curd and stir for 2 min in low flame.
- Let it cool down completely and then make a fine paste of it.
- Now smoke the Mushroom pieces. I used the gas stove. Also cut one medium sized onion in pallets and a small Capsicum in pieces.
- In a hot pan, add 2 tsp ghee. Add jeera and stir for 1 min. Then add the onion and capsicums to it. Cook till onions changes it's colour.
- Then add the gravy and cook for 3 min in low flame. Once the gravy started thickening add the mushroom pieces. Mix well and cook for 4-5 min in lower flame. Add jaggery powder to balance the taste. At last add some kasuri methi and off the flame.
- Serve hot with Roti, Parantha, Pulao, Bread
