Steps to make Mutton chukka:
- First pressure cook the ingredients mentioned above in the section to pressure cook.
- In a heavy bottom pan add oil when hot add all the whole spices, curry leaves. Then add the green chilli and onion.
- Saute them until they turn into golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.
- Add all the masala powders, give it a nice mix and now add the cooked mutton pieces from the pressure cooker and save the cooked mutton water.
- Cover them and cook for a while. Now little by little add the saved cooked mutton water to the pan.
- It keeps absorbing. Likewise finish the whole water by stirring it and covering the pan.
- When the mixture is kind of semi dry throw a splash of pepper powder and mix it.
- Now turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
