  1. Provide 200 gm Button Mushrooms
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp besan
  7. Provide 2 tbsp curd whisked to smooth
  8. Get 2 tsp chopped coriander
  9. You need 1 tbsp oil
  10. Take to taste Salt

  1. Rinse Drain and wipe mushrooms properly. Either half them, quarter them or slice them as you require.
  2. Heat oil and the mushrooms stir and saute till they are cooked. It takes few minutes.

  4. Lower the flame now and add all the dry masala 1 by 1 red chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir for 4- 5 mins
  5. Now add besan and saute well for 2 3 min remove from heat and add whisked curd
  6. Stir well and season with salt
  7. Keep the pan on stove and saute for 4 5 mins till all masala is dry and coated well to mushrooms
  8. Stir well and garnish with lemon wedges and coriander
