- Mix Grated Onion with Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Hing, Ciba Biryani Masala, Turmeric, Ginger and Garlic Paste.
- Heat oil and saute Cumin Seeds and onion till it become golden brown. Take few slices out for garnishing.
- Now add green chilli and above mixture. And cook it so the raw flavour of onion should go and mixture starts leaving the sides. Add curd in it and mix it well.
- Add mushrooms and mint. And stir it till all water from mushrooms gets evaporated.
